In the field of marketing, social
media is different type of channel to provide the awareness about the brand to
the audience and it is influencing marketers to adopt element in their
marketing strategy. Now we also come to know while doing social media
marketing. Companies need to connect with the customer and they should provide
customer service online and provide solution. There is a need of making
strategy to integrate customer service department and marketing department to
communicate each other and provide full information about the brand because in
integrated marketing communication, marketers should deliver the same message
from different platform like social media, mobile marketing, email marketing,
ATL and BTL activities.
Business in Now Days:
Around 2 billion people in the
world are in the connection with the brand and also customer are connected each
other as well that is called C2C (Consumer to Consumer) marketing. Without communicating with the consumer loved
one brand, marketers cannot provide awareness about the availability of the
brand in the market. Well consumers now days already connected with the brand
through social media and they are already well aware about the new and upcoming
marketing campaign. When there is C2C marketing that means when consumer is having
conversation with you or not, they are having significant impact on your brand.

Marketing is all about what brand
say about them is old concept. Now a day what consumer says about your brand is
more important for the marketers because the consumer word of mouth should be
positive on social media. Customers are now purchasing product through
ecommerce means online purchasing websites like Amazon and Alibaba. Before purchasing
the product definitely they will conduct and find some research about the
product, review and its rating. Although consumers are well connected on social
media they can also find the other user experience on social media to make
their mind to purchase particular product or not this scenario indicating that
purchasing of the product now a days is based on what was other user experience
on the same product that’s why now Vblog is very much in fashion. Everyone go
on YouTube and search vblog review about the product. Now companies need to
decide that how they will survive in the transparent environment, where every
consumer is well educated and well research about the product. Well the
conclusion of this blog is there is huge impact of social media on brand. Companies

A very deep blog indeed but i have a relevant question! Even the world of media is changing so rapidly and with this change the challenges of 'noise' are also drastic. In short with the bambardment of adds and vlogs of similar products, how does a company differentiate itself?? because Marketing is not only about selling! its also about creating value and differrntiation.. so how might a company tackle such scenerio?
ReplyDeleteIndeed! Agree with you, marketing is about creating value and differentiation from other product for the customers. In this scenario when we are getting bombardment of ads and vlogs of similar products. Company should differentiate their product with others through:
Delete- Sharing past customer experiences on social media.
- Brand should begin from where others end.
- Build customer clear perception about the brand.
- Should focus on "YOU"
- Make brand for customers.
World is changing rapidly, specially in developing countries like Pakistan, before 10 years where we don't had clear concept of online purchasing or either we don't give preference to purchase product through online channel. Now days the product purchasing habit of customers is changed now customers are well educated and well research according to their needs and wants. Now it is more competitive for companies to fulfill the customer wants because once customer go to other brand and they fulfill their want then it will be hard to get back that customer.
